Return conditions
Do you want to return (part of) your order? Of course this is possible. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After this cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. It is important that the product is unused and still in undamaged original packaging. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning to our store are for your own account.

Register return
Do you want to return something and does your return meet the conditions? Register your return through reaching out to us and send the products to us in proper packaging. Put a note in the box with your details and instructions so that we know what the intention is.

Something wrong with your product or received something wrong?
Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. We can then send you a return label so that you do not have to incur costs for returning it to our store.

Exchange
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. Whatever the reason, you can exchange your order up to 14 days after receipt. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities. It is important that the product is unused and still in undamaged original packaging. Only the costs for return to us are for your account. As soon as we have received your items back, we will send the new products to you.

How can I return my order?
1. Pack the products properly
State your name, order number and reason for return on the return form. Put the return form in the box. If you are unable to print at home, you can of course write the above information on a separate note and put it in the box.

2. Send your package
Drop off your package at a carrier of your choice.

3. Save your shipping receipt
You will receive a receipt when you drop off your package. Keep this proof safe! This is your proof that the package has been returned.
